    1/2 cup oats
    2 oz. skim milk
    4 oz. boiling water
    1 scoop protein powder
    Non-calorie sweetener
    few sprays non-calorie butter spray
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbs. Sugar Free pancake syrup
    dash of cinnamon
    1/2 Tsp. whipped cream cheese cream cheese (optional)


Adding the whipped cream cheese will change the calorie count by about 50 calories.


Mix oats, skim milk, protein powder and sweetener in a bowl. Slowly add boiling water, a little at a time. Microwave 90 seconds. Remove from microwave and add the salt, syrup, butter spray and cinnamon and stir to mix. If you are using the cream cheese stir it in now.
