    8 oz pasta spegetti
    1/2 c feta cheese
    1 c sliced red peppers
    1 c sliced onion
    1 c chopped broccoli
    2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
    2 chicken breasts


Cook pasta.
In saute pan, add oil and veggies (peppers, onions and broccoli). Cook until aldente. In seperate pan dice chicken and cook through. Drain pasta, reserving a cup of starch water from pasta pot. Add pasta water, pasta, veggies and chicken into a bowl and mix. Season to taste. Crumble feta cheese over top. Enjoy hot or cold, both are great!
