    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup + 1 TBSP coconut oil
    3/8 tsp salt
    2-3 TBSP water

    2/3 tsp. Stevia in the raw
    3/8 tsp. Salt
    2/3 cup JIF CREAMY NATURAL peanut butter
    3 large eggs
    1 cup 100% maple syrup


Preheat oven to 375.

In medium bowl, using pastry blender or fork combine flour, salt, coconut oil. Continue to combine till mixture gorms small pea like shapes. + 1 Tbsp of water at a time to mixture. Until dough comes away from dides of bowl.on well floured counter or cutting board, roll dough out with rolling pin. Place rolled out dough in pie tin.

In medium bowl mix stevia, salt, peanut butter, maple syrup and eggs together. Pour into crust in pie tin.
Bake 40-50 minutes or until knive inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool. Place in refrigerator. Serve in a few hours.
