Ingredients

    1/2 cup onions chopped
    1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup flour
    3 cups small curd creamed cottage cheese
    2 1/2 cups milk
    4 cups diced ham
    4 cups cooked egg noodles
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    2 Tablespoons butter, melted


Directions

Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in 2 Tablespoons pf butter until veggies are soft. Add flour and mix to coat veggies very well. Add milk and cottage cheese, bringing to a boil, stirring to thicken sauce. Add ham and noodles, stir to mix well. Pour into a Pam sprayed casserole dish. In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top of the dish.
