    2 cups flour
    2 tsp sugar
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder


add dry ingredients to flour. Mix in cream. Turn out onto bread board and knead with a little flour until smooth. Press into an 8" cake pan. Turn out and cut biscuits. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes
