    3/4 lb Ground beef
    1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes w/ Balsamic Vinegar, Basil and Olive Oil
    2 cups (cooked) long-grain white rice
    4 cups fresh spinach
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    4 Flour Tortillas


Cook rice. While rice is cooking, brown and drain ground beef. Add diced tomatoes and allow to simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is done.

Add spinach and cheese to tortillas. Fill tortillas with rice, ground beef and tomatoes. Wrap and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
