3 Tbs Chia Seeds (I used black, Nature's Intent)
1 scoop protein powder (I used Garden of Life unflavored)
1 cup Almond Milk (Silk Original)
1 cup Strawberries, Frozen
1 Banana
Tips
I recommend putting the milk in first, then powder, chia seeds, fruit. This way the powder doesn't splash around as much and gets mixed well.
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the blender on high speed for 17 seconds or until mixed.
