Ingredients

    Bacon - Oscar Meyer Low Sodium (2 pieces), 3 serving (remove)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup (remove)
    *Bell pepper - green, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Beef, round steak, 1.5 lb (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 2 can (remove)
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels (remove)
    *Potatoe Raw, 16 oz (remove)

Directions

Cook bacon until crips, then drain on paper towel. Crumble and set aside. Cook onions, green pepper, and garlic in bacon drippings until tender. Add stew meat and cook until well browned. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Cover and cook over low heat for one hour. Add vegetables and cook for 20 minutes more, or until potatoes at done. Sprinkle bacon on top of stew.
