Introduction

this is not the girdle scone, it is more like a biscuit this is not the girdle scone, it is more like a biscuit
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c flour
    2 t baking powder
    2 T butter (cut in)
    pinch salt
    1/2 c milk

Directions

combine dry and cut in butter. add milk. turn out on floured surface and roll out about 3/4" thick and cut into 4 wedges. cook on griddle or fry pan using the 2 T butter in the pan. Cook each side including the edges until brown on low heat.

Serving Size: makes 4 pie wedge scones
