Ingredients

    Use Quaker Instant Quick Oats instead of Old Fashioned Oats.

Per pancake: 56 calories / 1.5g fat / 7g carbs / 2.8g protein / .5g sugars / 39.1g cholesterol / 145mg sodium / 7.6mg potassium


Directions

• Put the quick oats in the blender and blend into a fine flour before mixing with all the other ingredients. Your pancakes will be more uniform and less 'chunky'.
• Then mix all ingredients together and make like regular pancakes. You can add a little water if you want the consistency to be thinner.
