    3 cups sweetened coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
    4 egg whites
    1/3 cup sugar (or less to taste)
    2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips


Can makes about 3 dozen cookies, but I made my balls bigger so I only had 15 that was made from this recipe and the 89 calories reflects 15, not the 3 dozen so you can make them smaller and reduce the calories if you choose to.


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoons onto the baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are firm and light brown, about 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Serving Size: 15 2 inch round balls
