Introduction

My custom blend of juiced raw greens, fruits, berries, legumes and antioxidant-filled organic juices. Great for both pre-workout fuel and post-workout recovery! Ingredients

    5 large pears
    4 1/2 medium avocados
    2 large eggplants
    8 small tomatoes
    7 cups of broccoli & cauliflower mixture
    5 fresh garlic cloves
    1 whole red onion
    2 large red bell peppers
    4 cups mukimame (shelled soybeans)
    15 oz cut and peeled baby carrots
    24 oz Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice
    32 oz Sambazon original acai juice
    30.4 oz Bolthouse Farms acai + 10 superblend juice
    2 cups fresh kale
    2 cups fresh collard greens
    2 cups fresh mustard greens
    2 cups spinach, bok choy & chard mix

Tips

In order to retain as much nutrition as possible, avoid using juicers that remove skin. Add your favorite protein or fiber powder for added benefit!

If you prefer a thinner texture without increased calories, add water as you blend and thin to taste.


Directions

Wash all leaves & fruits thoroughly before starting. Remove any pits, seeds and stems. Chop larger fruits & veggies into halves and add to blender with juices. As mixture liquefies, add in remaining ingredients. May need to re-blend to thoroughly mix and to obtain desire texture.
