Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    WET INGREDIENTS:
Almond Milk (I used 365 unsweetened organic vanilla)
2 whole eggs, pastured, extra large
3 Tbsp Ground flax (mix it in here)
Splash (3 oz) organic whole milk yogurt, grass-fed

    Dry ingredients:
    1 tsp pink salt
    1/4 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
    1 1/2 c Bob's Red Mill Organic Scottish Oats
    1/2 c organic brown sugar
    2 Tbs organic cinnamon

Tips

Could use less salt for less savory flavor, and more sugar for a dessert-style bread. Hearty, filling and healthy, this makes a great carrier for cheeses, spreads, and charcuterie meats.

Directions

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together wet ingredients and flax, set aside.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into bread pan.

Bake at 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick when inserted comes clean from center.

Serving Size: Makes 8 thick slices of bread.
