Ingredients:
*Pasta barilla plus 2oz uncooked, 8 serving
*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 10 oz
*Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce (Garlic&Herb 1 can
Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1.5 cup (not packed)
*Cheese, Kraft Italian Five Cheese Blend, 2 cup
Garlic, 5 clove
*Herb - Basil, Dried (1 tsp), 1 gram
*Herb - Oregano, Dried (1 tsp), 1 gram
Directions
Preheat over 425
Boil water and cook 16 oz pasta of your choice - I used penne (salt water). Drain pasta
Brown beef, add balsamic vinegar, add can of spaghetti sauce of your choice ( I use Hunts Garlic and Herb). Add garlic and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon some of the sauce in a large baking pan. Add 1/2 the pasta. Add the cottage cheese, add 1/2 the cheese, add some of the meat sauce (until covered). Add the other 1/2 of the pasta. Spoon the rest of sauce until completely covered. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese. Add some more Oregano and Basil to top for taste.
Bake in the oven at 425 for about 25 minutes or until a nice golden brown on top.
