2 eggs
1 cup zucchini chopped
1 cu carrots chopped
1 cup potato chopped
1 small onion quartered
3 Tbs flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
Put in blender in order listed - except oil. Whiz in blender just enough to grate. Cook on lightly oiled griddle.
