Ingredients

    3 pounds beef chuck roast
    3 (1 oz.) packages dry italian salad dressing mix
    1 cup water
    1 cup college inn fat free low sodium beef broth
    1 (16 oz.) jar pepperocini peppers

Tips

The serving size says 6 but our family of four eats off of this for several days. Also, I add a splash of juice when I add the peppers.


Directions

Place the roast into a slow cooker, and season with italian dressing mix. Pour in water and broth. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours. During the last hour, shred the meat with two forks - if it doesn't shred easily, cook longer. and add the peppers. Serve on buns.
