Ingredients

    1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    3/4 t. lemon pepper
    2 t. finely chopped walnuts
    3 egg whites
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (16 oz)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine breading ingredients and toss to combine. In pie dish, put egg whites. Place chicken in egg whites then dredge in dry mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
