    12 oz. salmon
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. paprika
    1/4 t. cayenne pepper
    Pam spray olive oil


Prepare a broiler pan with aluminum foil and brush conservatively with olive oil. Place salmon in broiler pan, skin side up. Brush skin with olive oil and rub 1/2 of the mixture onto the fish. Broil for 5 minutes. Turn skin side down and rub with remaining seasoning. (Fish won't be hot). Broil 5 minutes then turn the oven down to 400 and bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
