Sweet & Spicy Green Beans Sweet & Spicy Green Beans

    1 pound fresh green beans
    1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 teaspoons grainy mustard
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    teaspoon sriracha sauce
    teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    ⅛ teaspoon sea salt


I use a bowl with a lid and shake to coat my green beans!


Preheat oven to 425.

Chop stems off green beans and set aside in a large bowl.

Combine the vinegar, mustard, black pepper and olive oil in a smaller bowl, whisking until incorporated.

Pour the wet ingredients on top of the green beans.
Using a pair of tongs, make sure each green bean is coated in the mixture.

Pour the green beans onto a lined baking sheet (or a baking dish.)

Bake for 25 minutes, then pull out of the oven.

Top the green beans with your coarse sea salt, then enjoy!
