    1/2 Head Cabbage chopped
    1/4 c. chopped sweet onion
    1 Clove Garlic chopped
    1 T. Olive Oil
    1/4 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    2 T. water
    1 T. Brown Sugar


Saute garlic and onion in olive oil 2 minutes. Add cabbage, seasoning and water. Cover and steam till tender. Add Brown sugar and stir till melted.
