    1 can Chickpeas
    1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tablespoon sugar


Mix cinnamon and sugar together in small bowl.
Rinse the canned chickpeas to remove extra starch. Remove the skin surrounding the chickpeas. Throughly dry the the chickpeas and put them on a rimmed cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 400F degrees. Remove from oven coat with olive oil and sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Return to oven and bake for 15 more minutes. After the 15 minutes turn oven off and open door let the chickpeas sit in oven for 30 minutes.
