    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 2lbs
    Mr. Dell's O'Brien Hashbrowns wiht Peppers and Onions, 1 pkg
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 10 oz.
    flour,1 Tablespoon
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Beef broth 1 cup


Brown ground beef (add a few onions if you would like). Then placed browned meat in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Add olive oil and flour to the pan used to brown the meat, cook until slight brown color add beef broth, mix well. Add broth mixture to the meat and then layer the mixed veggies and the corn over the meat mixture. Cover the veggies with an even layer of the Hashbrowns place in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 mins or until warmed through.
