    7 large eggs
    1/2 pound turkey bacon
    1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
    1/8 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar


Cook the bacon.
Mix/scramble the soup, milk, eggs, and pepper.
Crumble the bacon and add to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until firm.
