Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces ( 2 breasts cooked & diced )
    Campbell's Cream of Chicken 98%fat free, 45% less sodium, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Publix Fatfree Half & Half, 10 oz (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium (remove)
    Celery, raw, .33 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped (remove)
    Publix Frozen Peas, 0.33 cup (remove)
    Publix Frozen Corn, 0.33 cup (remove)
    Marie Callender's Deep Dish frozen pie shell, 16 serving (remove)
    Potatoes Red Med., 1 serving (peeled and diced)

Directions

makes 8
I make this in 2 stages,
1) in crock pot add chicken, celery, onoins, cream of chicken, half & half, carrots, potatoe, let cook 1 hrs.
2 pre bake pie shell for 15 mins. (only one)
add corn,& peas to chicken mixture and pour into pie shell.
take other pie shell and place on top to cover ( I let thaw and keep in ref till ready for it and cut off excess crust )
bake for 60 in oven 400 deg.
