    3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
    2 cups frozen green beans
    1/2 tea dried thyme
    1/4 tea ground black pepper
    1 tea vege worchestershire sauce
    1 cup of vegetable broth, divided
    1 tea cornstarch
    1/4 cup chopped parsley


1. in large skillet over medium high heat combine potatoes, beans, thyme, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and 3/4 cup of the broth
2. bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender
3. in small bowl blend remaining 1/4 cup of broth and cornstarch
4. stir in parsley then add to the potatoe mix
5. Cook, stirring until bubbly and thickened.

Makes about 4 1 cup servings. A great side!
