Ingredients



    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large
    Milk, 2%, 2.45oz
    Oscar Meyer Microwave Bacon, 142 grams (2boxes)
    Rice, white, long-grain, regular, uncooked, 1.5 cups
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp
    Mazola Corn Oil Plus, 1 tbsp

Tips

Rice & bacon can be cooked ahead and just heated with the eggs when ready they are for eating.
Also can add choice of vegetables and onions or scallions if desired.


Directions

microwave bacon, then crumble when cooled. Cook rice. In bowl mix 6 lg eggs with milk. Then put Oil in skillet for cooking eggs and start to heat the oil. When rice is 1/2 done start cooking egg mix. As Eggs cook make sure to scramble them into small pieces. When eggs are done add in rice and Soy Sauce. Mix WELL. Finally add bacon & mix well again. It's ready.
