Ingredients

    1 pound package bulk pork sausage
    8 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp ground mustard
    6 slices wheat bread of choice
    1 chup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

brown pork sausage in a nonstick pan, drain and set aside. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk and mustard. Place cubed bread in glass 9 x 13 baking dish. pour egg mixture over bread cubes, sprinkle pork sausage over all. Sprinkle cheese over top. cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving. Uncover, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
