    Eggs, 2 large
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .667 cup
    1 cup crushed saltines
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, 2 cans
    Corn cream style, 2 cans
    Enough crushed saltines to cover the top


Combine the first ingredients in a big bowl. Spray a 9x13 pan with oil. Pour the bowl contents into the pan and top with more crackers. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until firm. Edges should be slightly brown.
