Ingredients

    1 cup of dry quinoa cooked in water
    1 cup of canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie)
    1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
    1 tsp of nutmeg
    salt to taste
    2 tbsp of agave or use sweetner of choice (Splenda, Stevia, Maple Syrup)


Tips

You can serve this hot, cold, on it's own or as a meal.


Directions

Cook the quinoa in water. Once done, combine all ingredients.
