    1 tsp Dijon mustard or ground mustard
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener of your choice
    sea salt, spike, and black pepper to taste
    1/2 cup of extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
    1 - 16 ounce of broccoli coleslaw mix
    1/2 cup of craisins
    1/2 cup chopped scallions
    1/2 cup of pecans


In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, garlic, lemon zest. Gradually whisk the olive oil while drizzling,in fine stream. Add to the broccoli slaw, craisins, and scallions. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing. Chill for at least 15 minutes. Top with the chopped pecans just before serving
