    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 100 grams
    Avocados, Florida, 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    Lime Juice, 0.5 lime yields
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick)
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp
    Fresh Chives, 1 tsp chopped
    Onions, raw, 2 slice, thin


Eat it with sweet potato oven french fries.


Blend together yogurt, avocados and with lime juice (add some salt if you feel like so).
Chop into small pieces tomatoes and onion. Then mix it with previous mixture.
Add tabasco sauce and chives (if you donít have fresh chives itís ok to add dry ones but it tastes much less).

Serving Size: Makes about 20 servings
