    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), about 4 ounces, or a couple of cooked pieces of bacon (calories would be similar but fat would be higher)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 9 large
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
    *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1/2 cup
    a few green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste


In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, cheese, sour cream, onions, salt & pepper. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.

Cut up ham and sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
