    4 leeks
    1 sweet yellow onion
    6 Gold Potatoes
    4 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 cup Half and Half Cream
    3 tbsp unsalted butter


Dice onion and leeks (use whole leek). Put in pot with butter and cook until onion and leeks soft. Add in chicken broth and peeled, diced potatoes. Cook until potatoes tender. Puree mixture. Add in half and half and warm through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
