    rutabaga, cubed, 970 gr
    onion,chopped, 340 gr
    carrots, chopped, 370 gr
    coconut oi,l 1 Tablespoon
    garlic,pressed, 5 cloves
    wakame seaweed, about 3 Tablespoons
    ginger, grated, 4 teaspoons
    almonds, 1/4 cup


Saute onion and carotts in coconut oil. When trnasparent, add garlic, ginger, and wakame. Add vegetable stock or water and rutabaga. Make an unstrained nut milk: grind up almonds in 1 cup water. Add to soup. Simmer till tender. Blend some or all of the soup depending what kind of consistency you want.
