    1/2 Large Apple
    2 Whole Kiwi's (approx. 1 cup)
    1 cup Pineapple, fresh
    1/2 Zucchini
    1 cup Spinach
    1.5 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
    1 tbsp Whey Protein Powder
    1 tsp Green Magic


Add approximately 16 oz water to 2 quart blender.
Core and slice large apple, use 1/2
Cut ends of kiwi and quarter (leave skin, it contains extra fiber)
Cut approximately an one inch slice off a pineapple and remove skin. Dice (include the core, it contains extra fiber). About 1 cup pineapple.
Cut up 1/2 of a zucchini (size of slices doesn't matter)
Add Flax meal, Whey Protein, and Green Magic
Blend until smooth.
I use a vita mix blender so it can handle all of the ingredients at once. If using a different brand then add ingredients one at a time while blending.
Enjoy throughout the morning until about 1/2 an hr before lunch.
Serving size: approximately 1 quart
