    4 T butter
    2 T flour
    1 tsp. mustard powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1 14 oz. tin niblet corn, drained
    1 14 oz. tin creamed corn
    1/2 c. parmesan
    1/2 c. crushed crackers
    1 T butter, melted
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    sliced olives


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine 4 T butter, flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add milk and cook until thickened and bubbly.

Remove from heat and stir in bacon, chopped egg and corn. Spoon into greased 1 1/4 quart casserole.

Sprinkle with cheese. Combine crumbs, remaining butter, and sprinkle over. Decorate w/ sliced eggs and olives.

Bake 45 mins. Makes 10 servings.
