Ingredients

    wilt chopped fresh spinach in pan
    spray glass casserole dish with olive oil spray and preheat oven to 350 degrees
    whip 6 fresh eggs and 1/2 cup egg whites
    with fork, spread spinach in bottom of dish
    sprinkle crumbled feta cheese
    pour egg mixture evenly over spinach and feta
    sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 2 tbsp nutritional yeast on top and lightly mix into mixture
    bake 20mins until set
