    1-1/2 C. Lundberg Wild Rice Blend
    3 C. water
    3/4 C. chopped celery
    1-1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
    1 med. red onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 T. olive oil
    4-1/2 T. roasted garlic teriyaki sauce


1. Combine rice and water in a pot with a tight-fitting lid.
2. Bring to a boil. Stir once. Cover with lid. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 50 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, let stand in covered pot for 10 minutes.
4. In a separate pan, saute vegetables and garlic in the olive oil over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Add teriyaki and simmer until liquid is absorbed. Stir in the rice and serve.
