Introduction
Terrific and very easy to make in the bread machine. Recipe makes 1 loaf. If you divide it by 12, it's burger buns; by 16, it's dinner roll-sized, great for a little sandwich. Ingredients

Add to bread machine in this order:
1 packet yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 T extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 c warm water
3.5 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 T powdered soy milk
1/3 c. onion flakes
2 T black onion seeds (kalonji)
1/4 c. finely chopped spring onion (green part only)
Directions
Set machine to dough setting.
When it's done, let rise fully, then weigh and cut into 16 equal pieces. Shape into round buns and let rise for another 30 minutes, covered with a clean tea towel and set on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 15 minutes or until light to medium brown.
Serving Size: 16 small dinner-roll sized buns
