Ingredients

    Vegetable Broth, 5 cups
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, navy, 1 cup
    Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup
    Red Potato, 2 Potatoes
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Canola Cooking Spray
    Natures Own Seasonings

Directions

Makes 8 Servings

1. Dice and Chop Onion and Potatoes
2. Spary Bottom of Dutch Oven with Cookin Spray
3. Add Onion and Sautee Until Transparent
4. Add Potatoes, Garlic, and seasoning, sautee 5 minutes, you do not want the potatoes to be cooked all the way only half way.
5. Add Vegetable Broth
6. Add Tomatoes, stir
7. Add Beans, stir
8. Simmer for 20-25 Minutes or until broth has thickened to your likeness.
9. Enjoy
