Ingredients

    1# ground Diestel turkey thigh
    1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
    2 sm organic onions, diced
    2 tbsp ground organic cumin
    2 tbsp garlic granules
    1/2 tsp ground organic cayenne pepper
    4 tbsp organic spelt flour
    1 lg organic potato, sliced & quartered
    1 med organic potato, sliced & quartered
    6 med organic carrots, sliced & quartered
    1 sm organic head of cabbage, chopped
    5 oz polska kielbasa, sliced and quartered
    1 can (14.5oz) Muir GlenĀ® organic fire roasted diced tomatoes
    ~1/4 c filtered water

Directions

Brown the turkey meat and diced onions in the olive oil. Meanwhile clean, peel, and cut up the potatoes, carrots, and cabbage. Once the cooked turkey mixture has cooled a bit, mix in the flour, cayenne pepper, cumin, and garlic. In the crockpot, place the potatoes on bottom then add the meat mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients in no particular order. Cook on low for 10-12 hours.

Makes about 13 1-cup servings.
