    8 La Tortilla Factory, Large Original Low Carb Tortilla
    1 pound cooked & shredded Chicken Breast
    8 oz Cream Cheese
    8 oz Monteray jack cheese
    1.5 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
    1 cup Cheddar Cheese
    1 cup Sour Cream
    1 cup Salsa
    Cooking Spray


Stir together cream cheese, Pepperjack cheese and taco seasoning. Fold in chicken. Divide among flour tortillas. Tuck in sides, and roll up each tortilla.

Lay seam side down in a sprayed 9x13" baking dish. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn chimi's over & bake an additional 15 minutes.

Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
