Introduction

I dont own this recipe but I like them so much that I wanted to share. Add fruit on top as an option too. Make a double batch and put some in the freezer. Ingredients



    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 0.5 cup
    Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 0.5 cup
    Egg white, fresh, 4 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Chia Seeds , 2 tbsp (optional)

Tips

Add chia seeds or ground flax as an option.


Directions

blend all ingredients together til smooth.
Pour batter into skillet, flipping over when bubbles start to form on top, should be golden brown in colour when cooked

Serving Size: makes 3 - 3 inch pancakes
