    - 2 cups quorn mince
    - 2 tbsp tomato paste
    - 2 med tomatos chopped
    - 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
    - 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
    - 0.5 cup frozen peas
    - 4 med potatos boiled in skin
    - 0.5 portion goats milk yogurt (45g)


Assemble two separate dishes and freeze one before baking.


On stovetop cook mince with tomato paste, chopped fresh tomatoes and dried mixed herbs. Mix chopped spinach in with quorn mixture after about 10mins of cooking then cook for another 5 mins.
Meanwhile boil potatoes, then mash with yogurt.
In a one larger casserole dish or two loaf tins layer quorn mixture, frozen peas then top with mashed potato. Spread butter on top.
Baked in oven at 180C for 30mins (when potato is browned)

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings in a loaf tin (or 2x2)
