This is a vegan treat that whips up in minutes This is a vegan treat that whips up in minutes
Number of Servings: 4


    Vegetable Broth, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs
    Brussels sprouts, cooked, 2 cup
    Dehydrated Vegetables, like carrots or bell peppers, 1 cup (recipe calculated with carrots)
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, 1 tbsp (use your favorite - red, white, black...I like Frontier Veggie Pepper)


Heat oil in medium pot. Sautee onions and garlic over medium heat with 1 tbsp. salt until just soft. Add brussels sprouts, cooked and halved, pepper and remaining salt and cook for a couple of minutes. Add dehydrated vegetables and broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
