    coconut oil, 2 T
    onions, chopped, 410 gr
    parsnips, chopped, 450 gr
    carrots, chopped, 440 gr
    butternut squash, peeled and chopped, 910 gr
    ginger, grated, 1T
    wakame seaweed, broken up, 3T (apx)
    water or vegetable broth, 6 c
    soy milk powder + 3 c H2O, 3T


Saute in coconut oil: onion, parsnips, carrots, wakame. Add squash. Add water or broth and ginger. Cover and simmer. Cook until soft. Puree if you like.

Serving Size: makes 7@2cup servings
