Ingredients

    Broccoli Stems
    Rice Vinegar
    Sugar
    Salt
    Sesame Oil
    Sesame Seeds

Directions

No cooking involved.

Simply cut and peel broccoli stems and slice into bite sized pieces.
In a large bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add broccoli stems, stirring to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Occasionally taking out to stir once or twice.
Drain the liquid and add the sesame oil.

Top with the toasted sesame seeds and serve!
