    5 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 bunch of asparagus
    1 lemon
    1 c. nonfat, plain yogurt
    1/4 c parmesian cheese


Place chicken breasts on the bottom of a large glass baking dish. Break the bottoms off of the asparagus and place on top of chicken. Squeze the juice of the lemon over the chicken and asparagus. Leave the rest of the lemon in with the chicken and asparagus. Pour yogurt over the chicken and asparagus. Top with parmesian cheese. Serves 5. Just add more chicken breasts to serve more.
