    Yellow Split Peas-1/2 cup dry,
    Dried Green Split Peas (1/2 cup dried)
    water, 3 cup
    Swanson Chicken broth 33% Less Sodium 100% Fat
    Free, 4 cup
    Carrots - 2/3 cup diced
    Celery (raw), 1/2 cup diced
    Eckrich ham off the bone-12oz
    Onion - 1 c. raw, diced
    Mushrooms, Raw - 1/2 Cup Diced


Cut everything into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the peas. Put everything into a stockpot and cook on a nice boil for an hour and 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 1 cup each
