    8 Large Eggs, whipped until lemon color
    1 4oz can chopped green chilis, drained
    1 cup 1% small curd cottage cheese
    8 oz low fat shredded monetary jack (or other) cheese
    2 Tablespoons Butter (or margarine), melted
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup flour
    dash pepper
    If you'd like you can add parsley flakes and/or sliced green onion.


empty mixure in to Pam sprayed 8x8 glass or metal pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until middle does not jiggle and edges are slightly browning.
